Inspired by the tradition of the Egyptian Yoga<\/strong>We have explored the connection between sacred geometry, energy and wellbeing. Our path has led us to discover the links between sacred geometry, energy and wellbeing. Egyptian spirituality, Tibetan Buddhism<\/strong> and ancestral energy practices.<\/p>

My teacher of Tibetan Medicine, Jack Heaser<\/strong>He commented on one of the retreats that, according to his teacher, Lama Yeshe:<\/p>

This revelation forced me to reconfiguring my energy worldview<\/strong>. Although my interest in this culture had already been aroused, it was at this moment that I understood its true meaning. Since then, I started a profound journey through books, texts and experiences<\/strong>I am immersing myself in the essence of this fascinating ancient wisdom.<\/p>

That's how I discovered the Egyptian Yoga<\/strong>an internal practice aimed at awakening the spiritual potential of the human being<\/strong>. I recognised with amazement the links between Egyptian culture and Tibetan Buddhism: their iconographies, ways of thinking and visions of reality, all intertwined in the same purpose of expansion and balance.<\/p>
